Divestment of Trinity Site

Unfortunately, the Trinity site on Doncaster Road has been put on the divestment list for Uniting our future.  All activity of North Balwyn Uniting Church will cease at that site by the end of 2013.  Worship will continue at Duggan Street, and some activities that were previously held at Doncaster Road may be moved to the Duggan Street Church Centre.

Uniting our future describes the program of work relating to the resolutions concerning the financial sustainability of the Church made at the May 2013 Synod meeting.  At this meeting the Synod declared that special circumstances exist and the Church is divesting some of its properties to help generate the $56 million of net funds required by 31 December 2014.  Further information aboutUniting our future can be found at http://listeningpost.victas.uca.org.au/projects/uniting-our-future-uca-victas
